Requirements & Deadlines

Candidates must provide the following:

Online Application Deadline.
A completed application processed online using the Mott Foundation application form
   March 31
     
Postmark Deadline for supporting materials.
The following must be faxed to the Mott Foundation address listed below:
  • An official transcript from the University attesting to academic performance
    OR
    an official completion certification and academic performance document from your high school
    (whichever is applicable)
  • ISEE-U certification attesting the tax liability of the family for the current year
  •   April 4

     
    Late applications and/or materials will not be accepted.  We strongly encourage you to send your materials as soon as possible by regular mail or by fax.
